The second wave of research: The Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research (1998-2014)

Display Description

In 1998, the Zoological Reference Collection at the National University of Singapore (NUS) was renamed the Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research (RMBR), in line with the university’s merger of its Department of Zoology and Department of Botany into the Department of Biological Sciences. RMBR expanded correspondingly to incorporate interests in plant and microbial biodiversity.
