Comprehensive Marine Biodiversity Survey Expedition (CMBS)
(Wall Projection)
Southeast Asia lies within the Coral Triangle, a geographic area that is a global hotspot of marine biodiversity. Home to 76% of the world’s coral species and 37% of all known reef fish species, this region is also a source of food, income and marine resources that is threatened by climate change, overfishing and pollution. Here is a video showing a comprehensive marine biology survey in Singapore that tries to uncover the amazing marine biodiversity in Singapore's waters.
